Nu – Jacarandas

An ambitious campaign for Nu, as it marked the beginning of what would become a recurring seasonal platform built around Mexico’s jacarandas, much like Victoria has made the cempasúchil flower its own every October. Despite not being tied to a product launch and therefore operating with a very limited budget, the idea resonated so strongly with production companies that it attracted top-tier talent, including Pau Dalmases from Pensacola, known for his work with CANADA. Thanks to that, we were able to achieve a level of visual craft that far exceeded the project’s resources.

The campaign also expanded into a series of intentionally kitschy WhatsApp and Instagram stickers inspired by the kind of WordArt-style GIFs your aunt would send in the family group chat, playful, nostalgic, and the sort of creative execution you would never expect a bank to approve, which is exactly why it worked.
