Perhaps the project I am most proud of during my time at Nu. Capitalizing on the excitement surrounding the upcoming World Cup in Mexico, we created a mockumentary centered on a devoted “Nuficionado” who had spent years collecting memorabilia from Nu’s fictional football team. Through his personal archive, he recounts the club’s greatest moments and legendary history, blurring the line between fandom and fiction. The story culminates with a surprise gift: Nu’s 15 million customer anniversary jersey, awarded to him for being one of the brand’s most passionate supporters.
Bringing the project to life required an extraordinary amount of patience and persistence. The creative ambition, level of art direction, and overall craft we envisioned consistently exceeded the budget available, forcing us to find clever solutions at every stage of production. Yet through careful planning and an incredible team effort, we ultimately managed to realize the film exactly as we had imagined it.
